At My STEM Institute, we believe education is a catalyst for social progress, economic empowerment, and sustainable development. As an education-focused organization serving learners, educators, institutions, and communities across the ASEAN region, we are committed to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into our operations, programs, and partnerships. This policy establishes our commitment to responsible business practices and our mission to create measurable social impact through STEM education, innovation, and community engagement.

E - Environmental Responsibility Although our environmental footprint is relatively small as an education organization, we are committed to minimizing our impact through responsible practices. We will: • Promote paperless operations whenever possible. • Utilize digital learning platforms and resources. • Reduce waste generation during events and training programs. • Encourage responsible consumption of energy and resources. • Incorporate sustainability topics into STEM and innovation programs where appropriate. • Prefer environmentally responsible vendors and suppliers when feasible. S - Social Responsibility 1. Advancing STEM Education in ASEAN We are committed to making high-quality STEM education accessible and impactful across ASEAN. We will: • Develop educational programs that inspire innovation and problem-solving. • Support underserved and underrepresented communities. • Promote equal access regardless of race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or socioeconomic background. • Collaborate with schools, universities, governments, NGOs, and industry partners. • Encourage youth participation in science, technology, engineering, entrepreneurship, and sustainability initiatives. 2. Community Investment Commitment As part of our social mission, we pledge to allocate: A minimum of 5% of annual gross revenue to STEM.Charity, our charitable arm dedicated to expanding educational opportunities and community development initiatives. Funds may be used for: • STEM outreach programs • Scholarships and sponsorships • Teacher development initiatives • Educational resources for underserved schools • Community innovation projects • Disaster relief educational support • Youth empowerment and digital literacy programs • ASEAN-wide educational inclusion initiatives Management shall review this commitment annually and may increase the contribution whenever financially feasible. G - Governance Responsibility We are committed to ethical, transparent, and accountable management practices. Directors and Management Team are responsible for implementing this policy. All employees, contractors, trainers, and representatives are expected to support and uphold the principles outlined herein.

This policy shall be reviewed annually to ensure its continued relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
