At My STEM Institute, we are committed to upholding the highest standards in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management. Our vision is to inspire innovation and learning while maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally sustainable workplace for our students, employees, contractors, and visitors.
Purpose
This QHSE Policy defines our principles and expectations for maintaining a robust management system that:
• Ensures consistent delivery of quality educational services
• Protects the health and safety of all stakeholders
• Minimizes our environmental impact
• Complies with applicable legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements
Scope
This policy applies to all operations, programs, employees, contractors, and activities conducted under the banner of My STEM Institute or any associates programs, including off-site and outreach activities.
My STEM Institute implements a Stop Work Authority policy. My STEM Institute reserves the right to immediately stop any unsafe act or condition that may endanger individuals, compromise safety standards, harm the environment, or damage the organization’s reputation.
All personnel and associated parties are required to comply with such instructions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Board of Governance:
Establish QHSE policy, objectives, and allocate resources
QHSE Officer (Team Principal):
Lead policy implementation, monitoring, training
Employees & Contractors:
Comply with QHSE procedures, report hazards, participate in initiatives
Visitors & Students:
Follow safety protocols and respect environmental guidelines
Communication
• All staff shall receive QHSE induction upon joining
• Annual refresher training will be provided
• Policy is communicated to all stakeholders and made available in our premise
This policy is reviewed annually or as necessary to ensure it remains relevant and effective in addressing emerging risks and organizational changes.
This policy is endorsed by the Board of Governance and applies throughout My STEM Institute’s operations.
